AP SBTET Diploma C-20, C-16, ER-91, and ER-2020 Schemes Regular & Supply Exams- October/November 2023

INTRODUCTION:

Notification to appear for Regular & Supplementary Diploma Examinations - October/November 2023. We are pleased to share the announcement of the commencement of Regular and Supplementary Diploma Examinations for the C-20, C-16, ER-91, and ER-2020 Schemes conducting by State Board of Technical Education (SBTETAP) Andhra Pradesh. The State Board of Technical Education and Training (SBTET) will conduct these examinations during the upcoming October/November 2023 session. Please find below the details regarding the examinations:

Important Dates:

I. Practical Examinations Before Theory Examinations II. Commencement of Theory examinations (Tentatively) - 01-11-2023 III. Date of Commencement for payment of examination fee through online - 04-10-2023 IV. Last date for payment of examination fee without penalty to all candidates - 13-10-2023 V. Last date for payment of examination fee with penalty to all candidates - 16-10-2023 VI. Last date for payment of examination fee (UNDER TATKAL SCHEME) - 18-10-2023 VII. Last date for uploading of Sessional Marks - 18-10-2023 VIII. Last date for uploading of Practical Examination marks - 31-10-2023

Fee Details:

i) Fee for whole/Part examination - Rs. 550/- ii) Fee for Whole/Part examination for Pharmacy course - Rs. 800/- iii) Additional Fee for Pass Certificate for those who are appearing for Regular Final year/final Semester examination - Rs. 600/- iv) a) Late Fee (Penalty) - Rs. 600/- b) Tatkal Scheme (Including Examination fee) - Rs. 3000/-

Condonation Fee: Rs. 800/-

Last Date for Payment of Condonation Fee: 13-10-2023

Please note that the examination fee must be paid through the payment gateway using Debit Card/Credit Card/Net Banking for all Diploma subjects, using Desktops/Laptops. Mobile phones should not be used for payments.

Special Instructions:

1. No candidate is allowed into the examination hall to write the exam after 15 minutes of the commencement of the examination.

Notes:

1. >Acceptance of examination fee does not provide any right to the candidate to demand the issue of a hall ticket.

2. >Detailed Time table of examinations shall be communicated in due course.

3. >Fee once paid will not be refunded or adjusted under any circumstances.

4. >A student who is not eligible and appeared for the examination for any other reason shall forfeit the examination fee paid, and their examination will be canceled.

6. >A separate notification will be issued for C-20 Scheme VII Semester (Regular), VI Semester (Industrial Training), and ER-2020 First Year supplementary examinations in due course.

7. >C-16 Scheme 3 years diploma students who joined in the academic year 2016-17 and bear a 'PIN' starting with '16' are not eligible to appear for the examinations in OCT/NOV 2023.
