1. First of all you have to calculate - Total Marks for 6 semesters. This is obtained by adding 25% of First semester marks + All Remaining Semester Marks.
Eg: If your 1st Sem Total marks = 1000. Then 25% of 1000 = 250 marks. So, take 250 marks and add remaining all semesters total marks to it.
2. Then calculate - Total Obtained Marks ( means marks you obtained in your exam results ). This is obtained by taking 25% of your obtained marks in 1st semester and add remaining all semester obtained marks to it.
Eg: If I got 960 in 1st year results. Then I need to take only 25% of those marks = 240.
3. Then the Final Percentage is obtained by Total Obtained Marks divided by Total Marks for All 6 semesters.
Eg: If I obtained a total marks for all semesters = 3855 and Total Marks for all semesters = 3950. Then divide 3855 / 3950, this will gives Total Final Percentage = 97.59 %.
Like this you can simply calculate your Final Percentage of 3 years Diploma using all semesters marks.
Final Percentage Calculation Procedure:
To calculate you final CGPA for all the semesters of 3 years Diploma, follow the steps below:
1. First calculate the Total Obtained Marks similarly as said in the above section 2nd point.
2. Then calculate the Total Marks for all semesters as said in the above section 1st point.
3. Now, To obtain a CGPA out of 10 points, you need to divide the Total Marks by 10.
Eg: If the Total Marks = 3950, then For 10 points CGPA, you need to divide it by 10. That is 3950/10 = 395.
4. Then, CGPA can be easily calculated by dividing the Total Obtained Marks by each point marks ( i.e, 395 in the above example ).
Eg: That means if your Total Obtained Marks = 3855. Then your CGPA = 3855 / 395 = 9.759 = 9.8
