SBTET-AP Instant Diploma Exam 2023 Results Declared: RV/RC/PC Application Schedule Announced

    We are delighted to bring you the latest update from the State Board of Technical Education and Training, Andhra Pradesh (SBTET-AP). The much-awaited results of the Diploma Examinations Instant 2023 for C-20 and ER-20 schemes have been officially declared. Aspiring candidates who appeared for these exams can now access their results and marks online.

    To check their results, candidates are advised to visit the official website of SBTET-AP at http://sbtet.ap.gov.in/APSBTET/. On the website, they will find a section where they can view the results secured in various branches such as A/AA/AEI/C/CM/EC/EE/M/CCP/MNG/ HMCT/GT/ BM/MET/CH/CHPC/CEIPP/CHOT/CHST/TT/PET/PCT/RAC/AMI/WD/AMT/CCN/CCB/CAI/PH.

    For those candidates who wish to apply for Re-verification (RV), Recounting (RC), or Photo copy (PC) of their answer scripts, the application process has been initiated. Applications can be submitted either at any online center or through the Payment Gateway, utilizing methods like Debit Card, Credit Card, or Net Banking.

    Applicants are required to provide their complete address along with PIN code, WhatsApp mobile number, and email ID (mandatory) when submitting their applications. The deadline for application submission is set for August 5, 2023, so make sure to complete the process on or before the mentioned date.

    It's important to note that candidates who opt for the Photo copy service will receive their answer scripts through email or SMS, using the mail-id or mobile number furnished during the online application. To avoid any discrepancies in the delivery of the answer scripts, candidates are urged to double-check and enter their correct mail-id and Mobile Number (preferably WhatsApp number) while filling the application form.

Candidates can expect to receive the status of their result through SMS, email, or by visiting the APT Online website (https://sbtet.ap.gov.in/APSBTET/).


Here are the fees for the different services:

  1. Recounting (Application to all theory subjects, including Drawing subject) - Rs. 600/- per script.
  2. Photo copies of valued answer scripts (Photo copies will be issued for all theory subjects, including Drawing subjects) - Rs. 1,000/- per subject.
  3. Re-verification (Re-verification shall be done for all theory subjects, including Drawing subject) - Rs. 4,500/- per subject.

  • It's essential for candidates to be aware that Re-counting, Re-verification, and Photocopy services are separate, and they need to apply for each service individually along with the prescribed fee, as shown in the table above.

  • The online payment for these services is available from August 3, 2023, to August 5, 2023. For candidates who applied for the photo copy service, they can also apply for Re-verification until August 8, 2023.

  • We encourage all candidates to take advantage of this opportunity and review their results. If necessary, they can avail of the Re-verification, Recounting, or Photo copy services to ensure accuracy and transparency in their examination process.
